At the KO Boxing company our primary business is promoting our own exciting boxing shows in and around the Southampton area. We can proudly say we run the biggest and the best boxing shows in Southampton. Since 2014 we have been putting on shows at Southampton’s largest nightclub, Switch.

We run classes four times a week to train our own boxers and also offer 121 private tuition. We also welcome people off the street who have never boxed before who just want to keep fit and learn a bit of self-defence.

We also offer bespoke 121 strength and conditioning which is sport specific for fighters.
